"Open. Open. OPEN!!"
It has finally happened!! Our new expanded location is OPEN! If you haven't visited yet, you're in luck because our Tilted Mash Newsletter will fill you in on all you've been missing!!
The Tilted Mash taproom is now located at 9175 Union Park Way, less than a quarter of a mile from our previous location. This space includes a bar area, ample table seating, standing tables, a kids' lounge area, and outdoor space for events and our food vendors. And we MUST not forget about the HVAC system, which was thoroughly tested during our last heatwave. Even though we are still working out the little details, we are incredibly happy with the new taproom. We are truly grateful for the family and friends that gave their time and skills to help make this a reality for Team Tilted Mash.
The Grandest of Openings
Tilted Mash Brewing has passed its 1st year anniversary during our construction of the new taproom. We are excited to be able to finally celebrate the Brewery's anniversary, its official opening at 9175 Union Park, and a Silver Medal win at the annual California State Fair Commercial competition for our Belgian in a Strange Land Belgian Dark Strong Ale.
Plan on being at Tilted Mash starting Friday, July 14th as we kick off the festivities with Cousin's Maine Lobster and live music provided by Brandon and the Bees Knees. Saturday, July 15th continues the party with our own Daddy Dave's Street BBQ and our favorite DJ, DJ Stix on the tables. Rounding out the weekend on Sunday, July 16th ends with a special treat. Kristina is helping us celebrate by serving up her award winning gumbo provided by Tilted Mash. If you were at our previous gumbo event, you know her gumbo will go fast! So plan on coming out early because once it's gone, it's gone.
The Gumbo is free, but please be generous with your tips. All Tips will be donated to help Officer Ladwig recover from his devastating injury in the line of duty.
Please be generous and help those who Protect and Serve us each and every day!
Team Brewing will be releasing several new beers between June 30th and July 14th, so if you need an excuse to plan a visit, THIS is a weekend you won't want to miss!
On the Small Screen and In Print
The new taproom has even gotten the attention of the local media. Jonathan has been interviewed by Good Day Sacramento and ABC News 10. Both segments featured some familiar faces of our growler club members (We see you, Number One!!). The taproom has also gotten press from the Elk Grove Citizen and Ardent magazine. Getting the word out about the great breweries in the Elk Grove area will definitely make our city a beer destination.
New Faces and New Hours
Team Tilted Mash is pleased to present some new faces serving you in the taproom. Joining Kyle and Jonathan in the taproom are Kaydee Shaw and Dale Bellows. Joining Team Brewing is Alex Peratis. Along with the new personnel, we also have some new hours of operation.
The taproom is now open Wednesdays from 3pm to 8pm. Hours of operations have been extended for Thursday through Sunday. Check out the website at TiltedMash.com
for new hours of operation, food trucks scheduled, and upcoming events.

Enamel Assassin DIPA
(but don't worry, it will be back for the Opening!)
Crisp Hi 5 DIPA
Bourbon Winter Brothers Stout
New on Tap
Derrick the Red Irish Red
Sinful Gummy Saison
