Tilted Mash Brewing

November Newsletter

Welcome, November!! The official winding down of the year begins today. With shopping, cooking, and a whole lot of eating in store; we're here to remind you to save a little room for Tilted Mash beer.

Giving Thanks

There are so many things to be thankful for, so we'll kick off this newsletter with a few notable mentions to end our October on a high note:

  • Tilted Mash's Coffee Bear entry at the West Coast CoffeeBeer Competition took home the People's Choice award.
  • Successful release of the As3assin Triple IPA
  • Celebrating our first Beer Pairings Dinner with Bobby Estacio

November will help springboard the rest of the holiday season, and we have some great new beers coming to the taps!!

Beer Pairings Dinner Recap

Attendees arrived to table linens, centerpieces, and REAL CHAIRS (we classed it up!) to enjoy several courses prepared by Chef Bobby of Toro Tamales. Every course was amazing, and it was difficult to pick an overall standout. We also released a sneak peek of our Tilted Mash Vienna Lager at this event. This was a great experience for our brewery and for Bobby. We hope to host others in the future.

New Beer Releases

The Tilted Mash Vienna Lager will be released Friday November 4th. This beer is a beautiful chestnut colored lager that complements it's good looks with a smooth malty finish. Our rich Vienna Lager is inspired by Oktoberfest beers of the Fall. Our version is a little lighter than some but packs a flavor punch using only Vienna, Munich and Pilsner Malts combined with a touch of Noble German Hops.

The 120 special edition Crowlers released for the As3assin release on October 28th flew out the rolling door in record time! The special edition glasses weren't far behind. If you missed out on the Crowler release, you'll have another opportunity when we release Winter in the Grove Pale Ale on Friday November 18th.  A play on the seasonal difference between the Southern and Northern hemisphere, Winter in the Grove highlights hops found in Australia and New Zealand.

Remember to sleep off that Thanksgiving turkey dinner and get your shopping done early because you're not going to want to miss this release! Black Friday November 25th will mark the debut of the much anticipated Rum Rye Porter.

A Fond Farewell...

We have several favorites leaving the taproom. Our summer loves: Easy as A.B.C., and Summer in the Grove are off the board. Also tapped out is Eskimo Brothers Coffee Milk Stout.

A Final Note...

We would like to take a moment to thank all of you for your continued support. Enjoy your holiday season and we'll see you in the taproom!
