Beer Pairings Dinner with Bobby Estacio

We are excited to announce our first Beer Pairings Dinner on Sunday October 30th beginning at 6:30pm with Bobby from Toro Tamales!! 

Bobby has been at Tilted Mash on many occasions with his signature tamales. This venue will be a nice departure from nachos, tacos and tamales that you've come to love. Bobby will be offering a menu that is customized to pair with Tilted Mash beers. The four-course meal will consist of local and seasonal ingredients.

This dinner will be limited to 30 people to give Bobby, Derrick and Jonathan the opportunity to discuss the food and beer in an intimate atmosphere.

Chef Bobby Estacio has carefully planned this unique menu to reflect the seasonal ingredients found locally, and paired them with Tilted Mash beers. Descriptions of the six courses are listed below.


NorCal Fresh Hop Pils
Fresh hopped lemon vinaigrette, chopped baby arugula, frisee, chicharron, pomegranate, and toasted pumpkin seeds
Parental Responsibility Citra Cream Ale
Posole' negro, purple cabbage tosada with California chili dust and grilled lime

Vienna Lager (Exclusive Release)
Mojo marinated tri-tip taco, topped with caramelized red onion, sharp cheddar and fresh oregano
As3assin Triple IPA
Moroccan spiced shrimp, black beans a la charra, roasted corn, chili washed Cotija cheese and fried capers
Eskimo Brothers Coffee Milk Stout
Mexican chocolate tamale with dulce de leche sauce
White Gummy Bear Saison
Pineapple tamale with cream cheese and graham cracker crumble
